My Walking Challenge
My Walking Challenge is for participants who want to track their walking or hiking kilometres throughout the year. Snowshoeing can be included in this category. All logged kilometres must be of intentional walking or hiking (Fitbit tracking of daily steps is not recommended). Whether you walk outdoors or in the comfort of your own home on a treadmill, walking is walking! Reap the benefits walking has on your physical and mental well-being. Walk daily and don’t let anything stand in your way!
Let this challenge be your reason to get out there and focus on your health!
Register for My Walking Challenge if :
- you are tracking WALKING, HIKING OR SNOWSHOEING kilometres only throughout the year
- you want to reach a personal goal in 2023
If you combine other fitness activities with walking, please go to the COMBINATION CHALLENGE AT My Fitness Challenge, select your distance, and log your kilometres on the combination Leaderboard.
