My Running Challenge
Did you know that My Time – My Fitness began as A Great Canadian Running Challenge? We changed the name of our movement to allow more participants to get active by including other fitness activities! We are bringing back A Great Canadian Running Challenge, which calls for runners of all ages to set an achievable goal that suits their lifestyle! If you love to run, this challenge is for you! Whether you run outdoors or in the comfort of your own home on a treadmill, running is running! You know the benefits running has on your physical and mental well-being. Set your goal high, and don’t let excuses get in your way.
Let this challenge be your reason to get out there to run!
Register for A Great Canadian Running Challenge if :
- you are only tracking RUNNING OR JOGGING kilometres throughout the year
- Do you want to learn about Canadian running
- you want to be a part of a movement that changes lives
- you want to reach a personal running goal in 2023
- you want to join a new FACEBOOK GROUP of runners having similar health and fitness goals as yoU
