My Fitness Challenge
This challenge is for participants who want to combine one or more fitness activities that track distance! All logged kilometres must be intentional (Fitbit step trackers are not recommended). WALK, RUN, CYCLE, SWIM, SKI, HIKE….THE POSSIBILITIES ARE ENDLESS! Reap the benefits that movement has on your physical and mental well-being. The more you move, the better you will feel, and you know this! Set your goal high, and don’t let anything stand in your way!
Let this challenge be your reason to get out there and focus on your health!
